Johnny T Purchase

Sprowl Funeral and Cremation Care is compassionately serving the family of Johnny Toro Purchase, age 60, who passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born on November 20, 1960, in Charleston, Missouri.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father George Authur Bondurant, mother Jettie B. Purchase, and sister Diane Williams.

He is survived by his stepfather Johnny Purchase; his two sons Jeremiah Smith (Raasheedah), Jonathan Purchase (Pamela); his four daughters LaChiquita “Toya” Purchase, Cherish Purchase, Cynthia Cates, Gabby Purchase; son Josiah Kellman; stepdaughter Tiffany Lillard; grandchildren, Patrick M. Ford Jr., Alexis Smith, Tyrone Davis, Ty’onna Davis, Jeremiah Smith Jr., Khalia Purchase, Natalya Purchase, Laniyah Smith, Jonathan J. Purchase Jr.; his brothers Wayne Grant (Donna), Winston Purchase (Martha), Ambrose Purchase(Rose); sister Cheryll K. Grant; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and a huge community. All of these he loved and touched deeply.

A visitation has been planned for Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 11 am until 12 pm at the Rise Church located at 6001 W. 52nd Street, Indianapolis, IN. 46254.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the visitation at the Rise church from 12 pm until 1pm. 

COVID 19 restrictions will be enforced:  Facial protection is mandatory and social distancing of six feet apart

 must be maintained.
