Modean Rascoe, age 93, passed away on May 13, 2026. She was a loving mother and dear to many whose life was a blessing to all who knew her. Modean will be remembered for her strength, her wisdom, and the love she shared throughout her life. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of family and friends.
