With profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Pastor Linda Willis, who peacefully departed this life on July 12, 2025, at the age of 62. A woman of unwavering faith, resilience, and extravagant grace, Pastor Linda’s legacy is one of strength, compassion, service, and spiritual leadership.

Born on March 11, 1963, Linda’s life was marked from the beginning by a vibrant spirit and a bold heart. She graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and went on to live with passion, purpose, and an unmistakable flair—never one to shy away from the extraordinary. Known for her impeccable fashion sense, her love for cars, and her joy in shopping, she carried herself with unmatched confidence and style.

In 2001, Pastor Linda answered her divine calling and founded Changing Lives Thru Jesus Christ Ministries, where she served faithfully as a spiritual leader, mentor, and mother figure to many. She had a heart for the hurting and a special calling to serve the underserved. She devoted her life to feeding and sheltering the homeless, operating a community food pantry, and meeting people right where they were with love and grace. Her outreach efforts left a lasting mark on the community, where she was affectionately known as "Momma Linda."

Linda also found joy as the owner and founder of Kiddie Kollege Daycare, where her nurturing spirit shined and her love for children was evident each day. Her natural ability to care for others was evident in everything she did, whether through ministry, community service, or family.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Luster Sr., and sister, Betty Sisk.

She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted mother: Betty Dye; loving children: Vonisha Wilson (Troy), Patrice Dillard (Fredrick), Domanick Padron, Precious Whiteside (Willie), Rickey Padron, Dion Willis, Diamond Willis, Starr Willis; Siblings: Darren Luster, Ernest Luster, Jr., Mary Johnson, Diane Luster. She is also remembered fondly by a host of grandchildren, extended family members, her beloved church family, and many dear friends and community members whose lives were forever changed by her love, leadership, and faith.
