Regina Phelps, age 76, passed away on December 24, 2025. She was a loving mother, caring sister, and loyal friend. Regina lived life on her own terms, embracing each moment with confidence, spirit, and authenticity. To know her was to know and love her—her laughter was infectious, her personality unforgettable, and when she walked into a room, you always knew she was there.
