Thomas Allen Cox, 61, of Indianapolis, Indiana, departed this life on July 24, 2025. Born on March 24, 1964, at Wishard Hospital to his beloved mother, Margret Walker, Thomas brought joy, kindness, and light into the lives of all who knew him.
Thomas received his early education at Indianapolis Public School #41 and later attended Arlington High School. He had a deep love for learning and curiosity about many things, always eager to expand his knowledge.
Known for his quiet spirit, Thomas loved dancing to the timeless sounds of The Jackson 5. His favorite colors, red and black, reflected his personality.
One of his most distinctive traits was his love for hats, rarely seen without one, which became his signature style.
Thomas worked at ConAgra. Beyond his work, he was most cherished for his heart of service. Mannerable, kind, and selfless, Thomas would go out of his way to help anyone in need. His compassion touched the lives within his circle.
Faith was also central to Thomas's life. He was a member of Christ Church Apostolic under the leadership of Bishop James E. Tyson, where he grew spiritually and formed lasting connections.
Above all, Thomas loved his mother dearly, and his devotion to her was evident throughout his life. He leaves behind a host of family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory and carry his legacy of love, humility, and kindness.
Though Thomas has departed this edrthly life, his light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
