The staff at Sprowl Funeral and Cremation Care are honored to serve the family of Tonya Billips, 55, who passed away February 12, 2021. A visitation and Celebration of Life service has been scheduled for Saturday March 6, 2021. The visitation will be from 10 am until12 pm and the Celebration of Life service will follow at 12 pm.
