Lloyd Sprowl II
Lloyd Sprowl II has 10+ years of experience in the funeral business as a Master Embalmer and Funeral Director. Through the years, he has had a growing passion and purpose to help families through the process of funeral services. He takes great pride in working with others with excellence, professionalism, personal attention and expertise. His love for his expertise led him and his sister to open, operate and own their own Funeral Home. They bring to Indianapolis a family centered service with the highest standards.
Lori Hobbs
Lori Hobbs is an entrepreneur with over 30-years of experience in zoning, construction, property management, and cosmetology services for the deceased. Lori is recognized as a pragmatic leader with high standards of integrity and commitment to excellence. She is a strong leader with a proven track record of building high performance teams and delivering on client initiatives. Lori is co-owner of Black and White Investments, LLC (BWI, LLC) founded BWI in 2005 as a development, property management and construction management company. BWI’s target market is urban development within Indiana and their primary focus is mixed-use and mixed income multi-family development. BWI is the developer of record for Sprowl Funeral & Cremation Care. Lori will be the Co-owner and CEO of Funeral Home. Her and her brother, Lloyd Sprowl, have dreamt of owning a funeral home since childhood. Sprowl Funeral & Cremation Care is scheduled to open March of 2019. In addition, Lori has given countless hours and support back to the community. She currently sits on the boards of Habitat for Humanity and BIC (Building and Impacting Communities). She is also the author of a book collaboration entitled “Diary of a Happily Married Wife”.
Ursula N. Washington
Ursula N. Washington Is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer with over 10 years of experience in the funeral industry as a Funeral Director/Embalmer and Advanced Funeral Planning Specialist. She has experience in the cemetery industry assisting families with at-need and pre-need burial arrangements, as well as headstone designs. Ursula also has extensive experience serving as a dual advocate for families who are giving the gift of life though organ and tissue donation.
Pastor Cecil E. Golder Jr.
Pastor Cecil E. Golder Jr. was born in St Louis, MO. He is the son of Cecil E & Unastine Golder. Pastor Golder was called to preach at an early age. Pastor Golder has always had a passion for ministry, working in his Uncles Church, the late Bishop Morris E. Golder. Pastor Golder has sat on many auxiliaries in the local church as well as the Indiana state council. Pastor Cecil E. Golder is the proud Pastor of New Bethel Tabernacle in South Bend, IN. Pastor Golder was elevated on October 14, 2014, to Suffragan Bishop under the honorable Bishop Charles Finnell. Pastor Cecil Golder is the husband of Lady Tammorra LM Golder, and they have two sons Joseph & Elisha. Pastor Golder serves as the assistant secretary of the IMMA. Pastor Golder is a certified chaplain and a graduate of Chaplaincy Training Institute where he has also served as an instructor. Pastor Golder is a licensed chaplain for the Marion County Sheriff's department. Sprowl Funeral home has elevated him from Chaplain to Director of Spiritual Care & Chaplaincy. We are happy to have him as a valuable part of our staff.
