In preparation for my sister's death, I contacted several funeral homes to get pricing as we were paying out of pocket because my sister didn't have insurance that would cover it. Mr. Lloyd Sprowl contacted me right away via email and provided their pricing list which was very competitive from other quotes I received for direct cremation. The ability to handle everything online via email was another big help because of Covid we wanted to restrict our traveling. From them notifying me they picked up my sisters remains from the hospital and giving me a day to just breathe before contacting me as I requested to dealing with Teresa on the forms I needed to sign, I was able to complete and email back to them and from Lori posting my completed obituary for my sister right away. Everything was so seamless...I never had to step foot inside their funeral home. My mom passed suddenly in 2020 and I wish I knew of them then. In our prior experience, we had to go to the other funeral home 4 times at the height of Covid! If you are looking for an affordable, professional and seamless process; I would recommend Sprowl to anyone.

He looked so good. From the time I stepped into the building, I felt the love. Wow!! I really don’t know where to start, but all I can say is thank you. Loosing my cousin who was like a brother, son, and nephew to me, was one of the hardest things I have dealt with. I had to be strong for my family, while maintaining strength for myself. Knowing that fact that I had to eulogize him, was even harder. I couldn’t really make time for myself, but with the help of God , my wife and last but not least the entire team of Sprowl, you guys were a true encouragement to me and I’ll never forget how you were there for me, as well as being there for my family. Yes, you did serve my family in the most PROFESSIONAL AND DIGNIFIED WAY. My cousin looked as if he was sleeping. Special shoutout to Lloyd, Lori, and Ursula, the entire team , you all where there when I needed you by he most. While carrying others and not being able to carry myself, you all carried me and I appreciate you for that. My siblings and I lost our father, the head of our family, a month ago. We would have turned to him on advice for arrangements, etc. And we actually thought he had arrangements made. By fate, we found Sprowl Funeral Home at the last minute. And they were exactly where we needed to be. Our father looked like himself prior to his illness. The small touches and details meant so much to us. When there was a hiccup at the service, Ursula fixed it immediately, and never let us stress over it. The chaplain was kind and gentle, and made us feel like family. And Lori and Lloyd made sure every detail was perfect. Lloyd Sprowl and Aisha Sprowl of Sprowl Funeral and Cremation Care are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. I lost my little brother 5/28/19 and being in different states could have made the heartbreaking process even harder... Then there was Mr. & Mrs. Sprowl. Thanks to their kindness and dedication, my sisters and I were able to go say goodbye to our brother. We drove from Ohio to do so and they stayed, after hours, to give us the time we needed with him... time with him that other wise we would not have had!
